Luciana Rossi (Partner) has 26 years of experience in the legal field having started her career in 1982 with the Attorney General's Department of NSW in the Court system. She has spent the last 14 years as a practicing lawyer.
Luciana was admitted as a solicitor in 1994 and gained Family Law Specialist Accreditation in 2001. She is also a qualified Arbitrator and Mediator.
She is a member of the NSW Law Society, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators.
Luciana has completed a course on Advanced Mediation Techniques from Around The Globe through the University of Queensland.
She has undertaken a National Training Program for Child Representatives and is on the list of Independent Children's Lawyers.
Luciana's client base includes numerous high profile clients who have been referred by industry professionals, former clients and even opponents! Her practice has been built with a strong client-focus and by forming close relationships based on understanding and trust.
Tiana Simicic (Partner) is a young up and coming lawyer. In a relatively short period she has built a formidable client base. She enjoys a strong loyal referral base within the local community based on her sound work ethic, compassionate and supportive approach to legal matters for her clients.
Tiana has 7 years experience in legal services. She worked as a Paralegal from 2001 while completing her studies.
Tiana graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Creative Arts in 2003. In 2004 Tiana obtained a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice . Tiana was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court in 2004 and has worked solidly as a lawyer in the areas of Family Law, Defacto Relationships, Criminal law, Contested Estates and General Litigation since that time. Tiana is a member of NSW Law Society.
